order combo
cases of similarly priced products. Your
combo case can be specified in the Comments/Special Delivery Information box on the
online checkout order form:
Example1:
You ordered 48 Bottles (4 Cases) of Product X at
$2.95, but in the Special Delivery Information box you can specify:
I want 12 Bottles of Product X @ $2.95
I want 10 Bottles of Product Y @ $2.95
I want 11 Bottles of Product Z @ $2.95
I want 15 Bottles of Product A @ $2.95
Example2:
You ordered 24 Bottles (2-Cases) of Product X at
$4.95, but in the Special Delivery Information box you can specify:
I want 4 Bottles of Product X @ $4.95
I want 6 Bottles of Product Y @ $4.95
I want 7 Bottles of Product Z @ $4.95
I want 7 Bottles of Product A @ $4.95
You can ONLY REQUEST a combo case OF similarly priced bottles
and you can ALSO SPECIFY multiple combo cases in a
single order.

Everything is OK, Click
on the "Continue With
Payment" Button at
the Bottom of our order form.
Done!

click on Checkout.

Complete
the order form and add any

Delivery Instructions Box.
